Spacious Renovated Cape Cod Beauty w/ Fenced Yard

Beautiful property with everything you need for a weeks stay. The backyard was gorgeous and we loved the fenced in yard for our dog. We have been coming to the Cape for years and decided to try the Falmouth area. Very happy we did, great location and it was easy to get the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Loved it!

The house was perfect for us. Huge downstairs space for the kids. All amenities/appointments new and first rate. Six adults, four children (including a newborn) and 2 dogs, never felt at all crowded. (I should also point out big fenced yard and cool deck which we could not use due to weather).

Absolutely love this property and the host was fantastic too. We had a group of two families, and there was plenty of space for everybody. We are definitely going to try to book again

Overall, we had a nice stay as an extended family of 9. The house offered plenty of space and amenities. The house itself was clean. We did find some leftover dog poop in the yard which was rather unpleasant and unexpected and 2 family members stepped in it! The fridge/freezer was not working for half of the trip and while the host did provide a mini fridge for the interim, it was too small and on the lower level away from the kitchen. We were understanding of such last minute hiccups but felt what was offered was not an adequate substitution. Nevertheless the house was very responsive during the stay when needed.

This pet friendly house was the home away from home for our family. The open layout had more than enough space for us all. The beds are all queen sized or larger, making it comfortable for our adult children and their significands. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you may need. The fenced in yard was awesome! There are also multiple outdoor gathering spaces. This is a place to come back to year after year!
