Stunning Under 10 mins to BOS w/parking & W/D

Alyssa was a FABULOUS host!! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! This property was so cozy and was stocked with all the comforts of home! We hope to stay here again the next time we are visiting!

Very nice/clean property. Host was very responsive when I couldn't find my code for the door. :)We all agreed that the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Everything spotless. Well-stocked kitchen. Spotless bathrooms. Perfect location for Boston and Salem. I can't say enough, not one complaint! 5 stars!

Beautiful and comfortable unit. Very clean. Plenty of room. All the necessities that are needed were provided. Quick responses from the owner. The unit is on a one way street & construction was being done the whole time we were there. Made it somewhat difficult getting in & out but that is something the owners can’t control. Overall it was a great place to stay for our trip.

We already communicated with the owner on the issues. We feel that the blame is being placed on us for not communicating that the a/c was off when we arrived, however, we turned it on and it was fine, at least until the next day...so there was no reason to tell them at the time. There was no problems that evening, it was just turned off, therefore the house was very warm and we did not arrive until after 7pm in the evening. We should not arrive at our rental to an 89 degree house when the temp outside is well over 90 degrees. The owners use an app to control it, therefore, they should have been well aware it was turned off. Also, it should be publicized there is an eye-level window in the master shower. Any woman tall enough would be giving a free peep show. There is no frost or privacy glass. There is an auto repair business directly outside on that side of the house and we experienced overnight construction, also on that side of the house as there is a major road there as well, which was another frustrating experience, especially given the window in the shower.The house was beautiful and the right amount of space for us. The owners were responsive when we realized late in the afternoon of day two that there was an a/c issue and in an attempt to resolve our disappointment, offered a refund of (1) night's rent.
